The vision of Lubuskie Zakłady Aparatów Elektrycznych LUMEL S.A. is to provide investors and enterprises with up-to-date control and measuring equipment and with highly processed pressure castings. We aim to gain the foreign market and maintain the predominant position on the Polish market taking advantage of our access possibility to the latest technology and scientific information.

We make every effort that offered goods and services could meet expectations of foreign and domestic Customers, warrant them a full satisfaction of the undertaken cooperation, were credible and could satisfy a larger and larger group of Customers.
Simultaneously, we express our care and solicitude about the environment and responsibility for the people health and surroundings.

As overriding goals we put to ourselves:

• customers’ satisfaction reached through a punctual realisation of goods and in accordance to requirements,
• the continuous quality improvement of goods and service level realised through the systematic raising of personnel qualifications and modernisation of technological and measuring equipment,
• fulfilment  and continuous improvement concerning the environmental protection,

The realisation of above goals is based on the knowledge and skill of employees supported by up-to-date technological and measuring equipment, and the common consciousness that all Lumel S.A.’ employees are responsible for the optimal quality in accordance with Customers’ needs.
The realisation of strategic goals is carried out through operational goals defined by process owners.
Goals and tasks for the environmental process protection have been defined in the environmental program. These goals are submitted to evaluation during the review carried out by the Chairman of the Board.
The Management of LUMEL S.A. assure technical, personnel and financial means indispensable for the realisation of the presented policy and its goals.
The vision, mission and goals of the quality and environmental policy are known by all employees and we aim commonly for their fulfilment.
