LUMEL-PROCESS program |
|
|
The LUMEL-PROCESS program is a modern system of integration and data presentation. The program enables the creation of control and measurement applications by the user, for industrial installations, intelligent buildings, gas industry, power engineering.
The LUMEL-PROCESS program is destined to build telemetric systems for control and measurement applications in many domains of economy and industries, e.g.: food, power, chemical and processing industries.
The LUMEL-PROCESS is an integral part of industrial systems and realizes following functions:
- servicing of systems built with the application of LUMEL’s company instruments,
- servicing of devices from other manufacturers, enabling the data exchange by means of the Modbus transmission protocol,
- visualization of system parameters,
- remote programming and control of system actuator elements,
- data archiving,
- storage of alarm events in the system,
- data readout from other applications by means of the DDE data exchange protocol,
- data access for other computers with LUMEL-PR OCESS program in the local computer network with TCP/IP protocol,
- review and creation of reports on the base of archived data,
- report printing,
One can divide the program operation into three phases:
- configuration phase – during which, the system work is configured,
- normal operation phase – the program follows-up the telemetric system work, archives data, allows to influence measuring processes in devices,
- report phase – in which, reports are created in the form: diagrams, tables, lists of archived data.
The program operated in the Windows XP system.
Minimal hardware requirements: RS-485/ USB P10 converter, remaining requirements are the same as for the Windows operating system.
