Sales Manager – V&A Portable Meters (Lumel S.A.)
Your key responsibilities:
- developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to effectively achieve sales objectives both domestically and internationally,
- initiating and coordinating activities to enhance the potential of existing markets and acquire new ones,
- building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients,
- actively participating in shaping the company's brand image.
- overseeing pricing policies, including the preparation of offers and tender documentation,
- collaborating in product development strategies,
- developing and managing sales teams/structures,
- acquiring new clients and distribution channels for Lumel products,
- holding regular meetings with current and potential clients,
- participating in trade fairs and exhibitions both domestically and internationally,
- conducting market research and analysis.
From the candidates we expcect:
- higher education – preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline,
- experience in handling technical documentation,
- fluency in English (intermediate level or higher),
- fluency in German (preferred),
- valid driver's license (category B),
- proficiency in using measurement and control instruments,
- analytical and independence skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Holds a university degree – preferably in a technical or business-related field.

Speaks and writes English fluently.

Is proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Has experience with SAP and CRM systems (a strong asset).

Knowledge of aluminum casting and project management is an added advantage.

Is open to occasional business travel, including international trips.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills – including data analysis, drawing conclusions, and recommending solutions.
